Competing in a powerlifting competition had been a great challenge. I could do it. So I did! We go back in history a bit to the better days as well. Now I’m old. 😉

Bench Workout (only):
– 10 reps x 2 sets @ 135lbs . – Warmup
– 10 reps x 2 sets @ 225lbs. – Getting muscles warm but firm
– 6-10 reps x 5-6 sets @ 315 – Depending on how I feel
– Sometimes I’ll try for 405lbs… but that takes a very special day!
