CFD trading is fast becoming a lucrative business across the globe. People spend many hours on their computers monitoring the fluctuations in prices. Thanks to modern technology, you can now use CFD algorithmic trading software to do all the hard work.

Getting the right software will help in making your trading efficient, accurate, and more profitable. But using unverified and faulty software can lead to significant losses. Anyway, you don’t have to worry as we’ve shared key factors to consider when picking the right CFD algorithmic trading software and more helpful information.

Algorithmic Trading in a Nutshell

Simply put, algorithmic trading software involves specific guidelines or instructions to execute a task. Each CFD trading software has an inbuilt set of instructions that follow specific instructions.

You can build or buy algorithmic trading software depending on your skills.

These computer-based programs help identify profitable opportunities for traders. Their accuracy and speedy execution have contributed to their popularity in the world. Also, the use of trading software has minimized the common behavioral mistakes people make when the market is highly volatile.

Algorithmic Trading Software – Who Should Use It?

Many traders often ask whether algorithmic trading software is suitable for individuals or if it is only good for big trading firms. Anyone can use trading software to enhance their productivity.

Many trading companies prefer software because of the massive resources that are involved. Moreover, big firms prefer to design and build their proprietary trading software rather than buy one.

Furthermore, trading software is also used by individuals, especially beginners. Many individual traders consider buying trading software, given the process and skills needed to develop one.

The advantage of buying trading software is that it is convenient and time-saving. On the other hand, building software allows you to customize it based on your preferences. It is good to consider the costs that are in both options.

Factors to Consider in an Algorithmic Trading Software

Using algorithmic trading software can be risky for beginners and may lead to bigger losses than it is expected. Whether you plan to buy or build your own proprietary software, it is essential to consider the following factors:

Ability to Customize and Configure

Good algorithmic trading software should be customizable and configurable. They allow traders to set parameters of their desired values and strategies. The flexibility of such software makes it suitable for people with different skill levels. Traders should consider this aspect whether buying or building their own trading software.

Backtesting and Historical Data Features

It is essential for the algorithmic trading software to have backtesting and historical data features. The software should provide access and assess your past trading data strategies and validate it for success. With this information, you can enjoy risk-free trading on any live market.

Reduce Latency

Latency is a key factor when it comes to CFD algorithmic trading. It is the delay in the time of data movement from one source to another. A latency can build or break your algorithmic trading experience. Therefore, it is recommended to maintain it at a minimum level to get the latest and most accurate information.

Access to Market and Company Data

The best CFD algorithmic trading software is built with features to provide sufficient market data and prices in real time. Also, some programs are customized for the company’s essential data, such as earnings.

Overall Usability

A good trading program should be easy to use and straightforward. Traders should access all the features quickly to save time. Also, the software should have plug n play feature to enable beginner traders to use it without any difficulties.

The Wrap

In today’s modern world, you don’t have to be a computer programming genius or stock expert to make a profit from CFD trading. With algorithmic trading software, you can configure parameters and enjoy automated trade. Get more information about CFD trading and the best CFD brokers in Australia at https://getfirststep.com.

Nevertheless, it is crucial to understand the logic behind the program before purchasing. Testing the software in free mode will help you to determine whether it is worth your time and money or not. Otherwise, faulty software can lead to bigger losses, regardless of your experience.

Recruiters are the first point of contact for potential employees and they can be the deciding factor in hiring a candidate.

The recruiter’s job is to find candidates who fit the company’s needs and then present them to hiring managers. The recruiter is also responsible for managing the recruiting process, which includes screening resumes, interviewing candidates and following up with references.

In the IT industry, it is not easy to find the perfect candidate for a job. But there are some features of IT recruiting that you should know about.

The first thing to know is that the role you are hiring for should be clearly defined. This will help you find candidates who have the right experience and skills. You can also use ATS or recruitment software to filter candidates based on their qualifications and experience.

Recruiting is an important process in any organization. It is the process of finding the right candidate for a job. There are many characteristics that make up a good candidate, but they all boil down to three main aspects: skills, experience and personality.

Skills can be assessed through a resume and cover letter or by interviewing the candidate. Experience can be assessed through a resume, cover letter or by interviewing the candidate. Personality can be assessed through an interview with the candidate or through their social media profiles.

The IT sector is one of the most promising industries in today’s labour market. There are many different career paths that can be explored and there are many different types of jobs that can be applied for.

The first thing to do when applying for a job in IT is to research the company you want to work for. On the company’s website you can find information about its culture, values and what it looks for in employees. This information will help you make a more informed decision about whether you want to apply for a position or not.

The recruitment process is complex and can be broken down into three main stages:

1) Job analysis – this stage includes defining the position, identifying the skills and experience required for the role, writing a job description and identifying any other requirements for the position.

2) Candidate screening – identifying suitable candidates through various methods such as advertising, networking or recommendations from current employees.

3) Interviewing candidates – meeting with potential employees to assess their suitability for the job.

An IT recruiter is a person who is engaged in the search and selection of people for the IT department of the company. The job of an IT recruiter is to find the right candidate for the right position in the company.

He or she will be responsible for all aspects of recruitment, including finding qualified candidates, interviewing them, and making offers to successful candidates.

White label software is becoming more and more popular among businesses of all sizes. But what is it, exactly? Simply put, white label software is software that has been rebranded with your company’s name and logo. It can be used for a variety of purposes, such as creating or managing your website, developing marketing materials, or even handling customer service. In this blog post, we will discuss the benefits of using white label software and how you can get started!

What is White Label?

Do many people ask what is white label? White label is a term used when a product or service is provided by one company to another company so that the second company can rebrand it and sell it as their own. White label products and services are often seen in the technology sector but can be found in any industry where there is a market for resold goods and services. For example, a web design agency may create a white label website builder that they then resell to their clients. The client can then add their own branding and logo to the website builder, making it appear as though they built the platform themselves. In many cases, white label products and services are of high quality and provide a cost-effective way for companies to enter new markets. For example, rather than investing the time and money needed to develop their own website builder, a web design agency can simply resell a white label version. This can help them to quickly establish themselves in a new market without incurring substantial development costs.

The Benefits of White Labeling

There are many benefits to using white label software, which we will discuss in more detail below. However, some of the most notable benefits include:

The ability to save time and money: When you use white label software, you can avoid the time and expense associated with developing your own software from scratch.
Increased flexibility and scalability: White label software is often more flexible and scalable than custom-developed software, meaning it can grow with your business as your needs change.
Greater control over branding: When you use white label software, you have complete control over how your company’s name and logo are used. This can be a valuable asset for businesses that want to maintain consistent brand identity across all of their products and services.

How White Label can help your business

If you’re looking to take your business to the next level, white label services can give you the boost you need. White label services are provided by another company with your brand attached.
This means that you can offer a high-quality product or service without investing in the infrastructure needed to provide it yourself. In addition, white label services can help you expand your reach by allowing you to tap into new markets.
For example, if you’re a small business, white label manufacturing can help you compete with larger businesses by giving you access to their supply chains and marketing channels. As a result, white label services can be an invaluable tool for businesses of all sizes.

What is white label software?

White label software is a program that is developed by one company and then rebranded and sold by another company. The original company remains anonymous, while the reselling company can put its own brand on the software.
White label software is often used in situations where it is not practical or cost-effective for a company to develop its own software solution. For example, if a small business needs a CRM system, they may not have the resources to develop their own from scratch. In this case, they could purchase a white label CRM system and then customize it to their specific needs.
By doing this, they would be able to get the benefits of a custom-built CRM system without incurring the costs of developing it themselves.

5 benefits of white label software for businesses

As a business owner, you are always looking for ways to cut costs and save time. One way to do this is to use white label software. White label software is a program that has been developed by another company and then branded with your company’s name and logo. Here are 5 benefits of white label software for businesses:

Cost-Effective: White label software is often much more cost-effective than developing your own software from scratch.
Time-Saving: Using white label software can save you a lot of time as you will not need to spend time developing the software yourself.
Branding: White label software provides an easy way for you to brand a product with your company’s name and logo.
Flexibility: White label software is often very flexible and can be customized to meet your specific needs.
Support: When you use white label software, you will usually have access to customer support from the company that developed the software. This can be very helpful if you run into any problems while using the software.

The non-fungible token (NFT) market is still in its infancy, but it is evolving rapidly. In the past year alone, the total value of NFTs traded has increased by more than 1000%, and the number of active NFT wallets has grown to over 1 million. As the ecosystem matures, we are seeing new use cases emerge and a growing focus on sustainability and governance in NFT Storage Market.

The trends you need to know about

The non-fungible token market has been growing exponentially in recent months, with new use cases and applications being developed constantly. Here are some of the latest trends in the NFT space:

1) The rise of NFT collectibles: Collectible items such as art, music, and sports memorabilia have long been popular investments, and now NFTs are providing a new way to collect and trade these items. There are already several platforms dedicated to NFT collectibles, and many more are likely to emerge in the coming months.

2) The emergence of NFT marketplaces: As the NFT market continues to grow, so too will the number of platforms where people can buy and sell NFTs. These marketplaces will provide a valuable service for both buyers and sellers, and they are likely to become an important part of the NFT ecosystem.

3) The development of NFT-based games: Games are one of the most popular use cases for blockchain technology, and NFTs are beginning to make their mark in this area too. Several games that utilize NFTs have already been launched, and many more are in development.

4) The growth of NFT-based art: Art is one of the most popular categories of NFTs, and there is a growing number of platforms that allow artists to sell their work as NFTs. This trend is likely to continue as more people discover the benefits of selling their art as NFTs.

5) The development of NFT-based collectibles: Collectibles are another popular category of NFTs, and there is a growing number of platforms that allow collectors to buy and sell collectible NFTs. This trend is likely to continue as more people discover the benefits of buying and selling collectibles as NFTs.

These are just a few of the many trends that are likely to shape the future of NFTs. With so much potential, it is clear that NFTs are here to stay and that they are likely to have a major impact on the way we use blockchain technology in the years to come.

What to wait for from NFT trends?

Some of the most popular NFTs to date have been digital artworks, which can be bought and sold like any other piece of artwork.

However, there are a growing number of platforms that allow collectors to buy and sell collectible NFTs, and this trend is likely to continue. As more people discover the benefits of buying and selling collectibles as NFTs, we can expect to see more platforms emerge that cater to this market.

Another trend that is likely to shape the future of NFTs is the development of NFT-based gaming. There are already a number of games that use NFTs, and we can expect to see more in the future. This is because NFTs offer a number of advantages for gaming, such as the ability to create procedurally generated worlds and items and to offer in-game ownership of assets.

Finally, we can expect to see more platforms emerge that allow users to create and trade NFTs. These platforms will likely cater to a wide range of users, from those who want to create artworks or collectibles, to those who want to use NFTs for gaming purposes.

The future of NFTs is looking bright, and we can expect to see them become an increasingly important part of the digital economy in the years to come.

Conclusion

NFTs are a new and exciting technology that offers a number of advantages for digital creators and collectors. We can expect to see more platforms emerge that allow users to create and trade NFTs, catering to a wide range of needs and interests. The future of NFTs is looking bright, and they are likely to become an increasingly important part of the digital economy in the years to come.

]]>
Hackathon is, first of all, people. And the effectiveness of its holding for the organizer directly depends on the mood of the participants and their readiness for creative search. Our company has held hackathons among employees many times, made mistakes and acquired useful knowledge. I want to share my experience with hackathons and draw attention to the details that should be taken into account in order to get the maximum effect.

What is hackathon and how did the term come about

The term hackathon originated in 1999 from the merger of the words hacker and marathon. The developers of the then giants OpenBSD and Sun Microsystems organized (separately from each other) something like a forum, where programmers from different countries gathered to communicate with each other. That is, it was a hobby club.

Now the clubbing, of course, has remained, all the communicative finds too. But today hackathons are more specific. They gather programmers to create a new product, promote fresh ideas, programs or make improvements to applications, technologies, frameworks and development tools. Hackathons are being organized on cryptography, OS, mobile applications, design, user experience, validation and much more. Although programming, of course, remains the main task.

Most often, a hackathon lasts two days or more. To help participants focus on specific ideas, the hackathon theme is announced. For example, Sun, during its JavaOne conference in 1999, announced the task of writing a Java program to support the new Palm V device that would use infrared to communicate with other Palm users.

In addition, the participant has the opportunity to work with the technologies of a large company and try his hand at them. What the hell is not kidding, maybe the company will like your technological solution, and you will receive an offer of cooperation.

Well, in general, the main attributes of hackathons are not the most correct food and sleepless nights. And it’s also a lot of fun. You always feel excitement and challenge, like in sports, when it is important for you to win, among other things, in order to prove that your project is better than dozens of others. A healthy spirit of competition has not been canceled.
How to conduct a hackathon

When conducting a hackathon, you should have a good understanding of what you are doing it for, how you will use the experience and results. Because programmers are not stupid, and if you organized a hackathon with the sole purpose of collecting e-mails of participants and then bombarding them with spam letters, then you will quickly be bored.

Large companies are increasingly conducting external hackathons, attracting specialists and simply creative people from all over the world. The search for a solution to a new problem or a fresh look at an old problem takes place in a tense and at the same time inspiring atmosphere. In part, the spirit of innovation and creativity has become one of the reasons for the popularity of such competitions. Internal hackathons are also not lagging behind and are replacing the old, very expensive and not always justifiable team building. Double benefit: colleagues not only made friends and met in an informal setting, but also solved a problem that their hands could never reach in their daily work routine.

Moreover, some organizers try to make the hackathons themselves unusual: they make them thematic, place the participants in unusual locations or conditions, expand the geography or limit the technologies used. At the very least, this makes the hackathons stand out from the crowd of others and draws attention to them, and as a maximum, it puts the participants in even more stressful, even extreme situations, which encourages them to give their best. We will tell you about the hackathons that surprised us the most.

Train hackathon

Last year, Belarus and Latvia organized a joint hackathon: it started in Minsk and took place on the Minsk-Riga train. The idea, according to the organizers, was to explore and bring together the startup and business ecosystems of the two countries. Especially for the hackathon, an additional carriage was attached to the train, in which the participants and mentors were traveling. And in Riga on the platform they were met by the Minister of Economy of Latvia. The participants attended master classes and mentoring sessions, learned how to create a business model, identify demand and find investors. We visited the innovation cluster of the Riga University of Technology, People Work coworking spaces and Swedbank. By the way, this is not the first hackathon of this kind: a group of British railway companies and the UK Department of Transport organized a Hacktrain in 2015. One hundred and fifty people – developers, engineers, designers and entrepreneurs – took part in the train hackathon to improve the UK rail system. The train went from London to York, the competition lasted 48 hours. The prize fund was £ 25,000, and the best ideas were given the chance to present their projects to ministers and senior management of railway companies.

IT specialists are whimsical creatures. They need comfortable conditions for work and rest. Here are 10 easy ways to make your IT pros’ life more enjoyable.

It’s not enough just to get a good IT specialist in a company. It is necessary to make sure that he takes root and does not want to run away to competitors. How can this be achieved? How to motivate and pamper your employees? In addition to the obvious things like a good salary, bonuses and a well-organized workspace, how can you please them?

Health and sports

It is necessary to maintain the health of employees by any means, from an expensive VHI to inexpensive but important trifles like delicious vitamins, honey as an alternative to sugar and fresh lemon for tea drinkers in the office kitchen. Another nice thing will be, for example, free insurance against tick-borne encephalitis or parking for bicycles near the company building. A corporate discount on employee visits to gyms is in constant demand.

Free taxi

A corporate taxi for late-paid employees is the least a company can do for workaholics. Such care will undoubtedly be appreciated at its true worth, since many IT people are so passionate about their work that they lose track of time. It’s also a good idea to pay for taxis on business trips and city trips related to work issues. This will save your specialists time and hassle.

Presents

Who doesn’t love them? You can give gifts with or without reason. These can be branded souvenirs or T-shirts, as well as gifts for birthdays, company day and other holidays. It is imperative to please employees (including remote employees) with New Year’s surprises and, of course, we must not forget about their children. Children’s New Year’s party with the presentation of sweets will delight the kids. As the saying goes, the way to an employee’s hard work is through the smile of his child.

Conferences

Participation of employees in IT conferences is also a nice bonus. Dozens of major events are held annually in Russia and abroad, within the framework of which specialists communicate and share their experience with each other. When a company undertakes to pay for the flight, accommodation and participation in such conferences, it kills two birds with one stone: it improves the qualifications of employees, and also allows them to change the environment and unwind.

The IT world has attracted you for a long time, but is it scary to try a new field? Or have you already embarked on the path of an IT specialist and are taking the first difficult steps?

Tip 1: ask!

Perhaps the first and most obvious piece of advice is – don’t be afraid to ask. Asking questions is an important skill, one of the most useful in the future, in my opinion. By the way, you can ask not only your direct comrades in the project / type of activity, but also colleagues from related fields: testers, managers, analysts. Sometimes knowledge gained by accident turns out to be the key to understanding more serious problems. In addition, human experience is the most valuable thing; many things cannot be learned from books. Over time, an understanding of this comes.

Tip 2: write it down!

Have a thought about what you can do in the project? Save. Have an idea how you can improve your skills? Write it down. Then you can revise these notes and learn something important, or maybe understand that you have already achieved something. In times of crisis, such “save-ups” help to remember why you chose what you are doing at all.

Tip 3: get inspired!

One more thing: find non-financial motivation. When a person decided to “enter IT” for the sake of relatively high salaries, without being interested in the field as such, it is very noticeable. There is nothing wrong with finance, but it shouldn’t be the only driving factor. If the eyes do not light, then no zeros in the work book will be able to light them.

Tip 4: play!

It’s useful to turn everything into a game, and it’s not for nothing that gamification is one of the best learning techniques. Let the skills become achievements, the difficulties of projects become levels, and the difficulties on the way become dragons that must be defeated. A banal human excitement is triggered here, and even with this approach, even boring at first glance things become much more fun and exciting.

Tip 5: talk!

It is also good practice to tell others about what you are doing and learning. To whom it is not so important: it may be a younger brother or sister, parents who are interested in what you do there, non-IT friends, or maybe another intern or a newbie. We must try to convey the information as accurately as possible, but simply so that a person without experience roughly understands what it is about. There is a saying: he who thinks clearly expresses it clearly. But it also works in the other direction: having learned to express clearly, a person structures and puts knowledge in his head, and this helps him to better understand the subject.

That feeling when everyone around you is talking about emotional intelligence, and you are still not in the subject. When a neighbor negotiates a raise over a cup of coffee, and you are still an outsider. When colleagues are going to conquer Everest together on the weekend, and you have not received an invitation. You know, it looks like guys have strong soft skills. This is everything that is not related to the professional requirements for you as a programmer, but closely related to you as a human: communication, empathy, team activity, and even boring creativity. Soft skills support not only the ordinary world, but the entire IT universe. Especially for you we have compiled a step-by-step fighter course – Soft Wars. This is a weekly challenge in which you will complete an assignment every day to develop different qualities. In a week, you will better understand your weaknesses, develop important skills, learn to hear and listen, and become the hero of the best version of yourself.

So let’s get started.

Monday with clean code

Ask colleagues with whom you work on the same team and whom you trust about their weaknesses. Explain why this is important to you. Let them know you are exploring your flexible skills. Be impartial and listen carefully without interrupting. Gather all the information and analyze it carefully.

If you get a few general answers, please clarify and disassemble everything in detail. Do your colleagues call you impulsive and unrestrained? Find out from them more specifically how this manifests itself and what specifically does not suit them.

Ideally, by the end of the day, you will have a list of poorly trained skills. It can be taken as a basis.

Tuesday for self-management and against stress

On Tuesday, start a checklist or diary where you will record everything that annoys, causes strong negative emotions, and brings you to a stressful state.

After spending an hour after work, analyze what you have written. Next to each factor, write down what can be done / changed / delegated tomorrow. The American Psychological Association names overwork, low pay, ambiguous demands, and unclear expectations as the main sources of stress. Most likely, these factors affect you as well. Don’t worry, everything is fixable.

After identifying the inevitable stress points, come up with a healthy response to them: for example, do a physical exercise, a yoga asana, or a walk. “Shaken” by excessive stress, unnecessary information, the availability of social networks, sleepless nights, the body succumbs to stress more easily. Your main task is to create a healthy environment for yourself. Protect yourself from information overdose, set boundaries for your personal life and work, introduce digital diets, disconnect from all connections on weekends.
