Any ‘process control’ mechanism is flawed.
It tries to control or institutionalize something that’s impossible to control.
My dad and I were laughing (ruefully) at the phrase, “fact-free planning.” Having been through projects like that, its a bit painful… But the best way to phrase expectations divorced from reality. How is a project late if it is fact free?
Gawd. I know. Apparently getting a PMP can make you lemonade too.
