What I find so interesting about these types of statements are that it completely misses the human element in regards to project teams. No tool can completely compensate for a good/terrible team.
Give me a crappy team, equip them with a tool. If they can succeed in delivering the project successfully, then I’ll invest in your company.
Then again, we are assuming that they use humans to deliver. They might be ahead of time!
